PRAISE AND WORSHIP

SUNDAY SERMON

SERMON NOTES:

God’s Word on Our Lips

John 6:63 - New King James Version

63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

  • Value the spirit realm as more real than the physical realm

  • We are declaring Life, power, and Light into our world

Matthew 4:4 - New King James Version

But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ ”

  • God declared these words, can’t go back on any of it

  • Hold it higher greater than what we see, hear, or feel

  • It is greater than our symptoms or circumstances

Hebrews 11:1-3 - New King James Version

11 Now faith is the [a]substance of things hoped for, the [b]evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.

By faith we understand that the [c]worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

  • Release the measure of faith, mustard seed, the incorruptible faith in you

  • Your Must speak it

  • God spoke and it was- sun, moon, animals,

  • then created man in his own image. Man was allowed to speak, imagine, and command this wasn’t an accident

2 Corinthians 4:13 - New King James Version

13 And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,

  • Can not speak what you do not believe the level of blessing is tied to your level of faith

  • When you speak blessings aligned with God’s word you release blessings over your family, health, and your destiny

  • Most think blessings are things we wait to receive gifts that fall from the sky random favor from God or divine surprises, but many blessings are just not received but released through your own words

Romans 4:17 - Amplified Bible

17 (as it is written [in Scripture], “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the sight of Him in whom he believed, that is, God [a]who gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist.

  • not just words but spiritual decrees

  • your speech begins to create your experience- your not just speaking your day you are reigning in it

  • you were never meant to be powerless in this world

1 Corinthians 1:28 - Amplified Bible

28 God has selected [for His purpose] the insignificant (base) things of the world, and the things that are despised and treated with contempt, [even] the things that are nothing, so that He might reduce to nothing the things that are,

  • refuse to the let day happen to you instead you happen to the day

  • enforcing what God has already said, you are coming into agreement with divine truth

Mark 11:23 - Amplified Bible

23 I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea!’ and [a]does not doubt in his heart [in God’s unlimited power], but believes that what he says is going to take place, it will be done for him [in accordance with God’s will].

  • Believe your words carry weight

  • Consistency is key, you can’t do this once a week and expect daily power.

  • Lifestyle not an emergency button

Romans 5:17 - New King James Version

17 For if by the one man’s [a]offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)

  • heaven moves when faith is spoken; your words either partner with heaven or fear

  • Jesus given you his name, his word, and his spirit

James 1:22-25 - New King James Version

22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. 23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; 24 for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. 25 But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.

  • refuse to let the day happen to you instead you happen to the day

  • Speak your way into a victorious day

  • Declarations are your responses of faith
